Won the roll on Pennant Cloak with roll of 96, but he decided to simply ninja loot it to one of his guild members (Nerxes) that didn't win. Aware that chat logs are somewhat cut up because couldn't figure out how to unlock windows, and included screenshot with a whisper from someone else in the raid group asking me to report them.Evidence -
